Cairo's hair was getting just a little out of control. Note the Elvis sideburns. So last night we performed our first ever haircut in the shower (hoping this would keep him confined and somewhat still.) It was a team effort, but we seem to have successfully tamed the mane.

hi amy! here I am finally commenting on your blog--I had technical difficulties this month and was able to access my blogger account this week again for the first time in a month (a difficult dilemma for a blogger junkie!). So, a haircut in the shower is a very creative idea! we tried the haircut in the highchair without great success (let's just say hair and food don't mix). it's so fun to get an up close glimpse into your cute family. you are a very eloquent writer. and, i definetely agree that a 4th ward wedding picture night is in order.
what a CUTE little boy.
did you clone your kids?
We call Jack "elvis". He and Cairo have something in common. One comment I heard (of course from one of Mikie's friends) "It just isn't right for a baby to have that much hair!" He needs another haircut. It will be his 4th in his 6 short months of life. I seriously don't know what to do with it.
He is so handsome, you could have sent some of that hair this way to my hairless children. Haircut???? I don't know if Raia will ever need one.
My kids got the hair, but your kids got the balance!!
Cairo- What a little handsome man you are. Just like PaPa LeRoy said. You are a little cutie! I love and miss you. Love, Grandma T
