This picture is from 2003 and if it weren't electronic, would likely be crinkled, smudged and dusty. It is also outdated since much multiplying and replenishing has taken place in the last 3+ years. I post this picture as bait and declare 2007 the year for recongregating the thirty -something HHSLDSPHD's. (Which would only be Jeff, Bruce and David...so the rest of us can come too. :) Tami, I don't know why you're not in this picture, but it's all the more reason for a re-shoot.

You guys are so fun to get together with your families! The last time (as far as I know) that our little group of friends got together was in December of 2002- and I unfortunately missed out on the party. It is fun to see the "older" friends in your picture. Can't wait to hear about your re-shoot!
Mandee--I got a Christmas card from Stephanie so it was fun to see what she's up too. I also just found out that Kevin--Shmev-- lives like 20 minutes away from me. I'll have to figure out how to contact him! Kelly (formerly Taylor) lives around here so I get occasional updates on her and Shane. And at a baby shower this past weekend I met a girl who had dated Aaron H in college pretty seriously which got me wondering how he's doing. (He came to part of our festivities at the 2003 reunion, but not the beach camping.) I haven't seen Nathan in ages but I know he hasn't wandered too far. Somehow, sometime we'll have to try to get all our age groups together for an extra large pow wow.
OK that was nothing very administrative, really. I deleted my own comment to change my name from recap back to heymaughan. I was using recap as more of a title (since the comment was a recap from email) but now I see that blogger is a little unforgiving and I leave a scar by deleting, so I will be sparing with the trash can in the future. Read on for original comment.
The question had been posed, why do Bruce and Katrina look like giants while Jeff and Mary look like hobbits. Boringly, I was going to give some 'attempt at using my photography training' answer explaining the angle of the picture, but was fortuitously intercepted by Jeff's ever witty witting who summed it up simply by responding: "I have the ring." So who really needs photography classes when it really all comes down to humor in the end.
This looks funny commenting so many times on my own post.

Hi Amy!
Cute blog, your children are so good looking and you are still as beautiful as ever, haven't changed a bit since high school.
I'm sending Kev's email address so you can get in touch with him if you haven't already.
Please tell the family Neva loves them all.
